Do you remember the myth of Echo? Cursed to only repeat the words of others, she lost herself, her voice fading into nothing. She fell for Narcissus, a man so consumed by his own reflection that he wasted away, leaving behind only emptiness.
Our culture pushes us toward the same fate—obsessed with image, starved of depth, conditioned to mimic rather than create. We risk becoming mere echoes, trapped in patterns that aren’t truly ours.
But what if Echo had a guide? Someone to help her return to herself, to speak in her own voice once more? That’s the energy I bring to my healing and coaching work. I help artists, musicians, and creatives move past fear, reclaim their authentic expression, and find balance. Like amber-the life blood of trees, warm, grounding and protective, this work is here to remind you of your connection with your real self, the earth, and the power of your deep work.

Whether you’re seeking emotional healing, mental clarity, or a deeper spiritual inspiration, my goal is to guide you toward the powerful creator that already resides within you.
In addition to my healing practice, I bring a diverse background as a scholar, activist, poet, and music producer. I graduated from NYU in 2013 as a Gates Millennium Scholar and National Udall Scholar, and my life has been enriched by living in places as varied as Hawaii, Ghana, Tucson, NYC, Berkeley, CA., and now, Los Angeles, CA.
