When life happens, we are all allowed to grieve, feel, be transformed by the experiences. Part of this process includes recovering your energy for your next phase of life. My goal is to bring you back into alignment so that your sacred work can continue.

Every culture in the world has at one point honored and respected their ancestors. “Respect your elders” is one form of this but on a deeper level, our ancestors are living inside each of us in our cellular memory. Epigentics shows us how large of an impact their experiences, beliefs, and traumas can have on our lives. If you are feeling limited in your expression and can’t track the source, ancestral work can be a powerful tool of understand your lineage, as well as complete and free up stuck energy that may be limiting your work.

There is something incredibly sacred about your work in the world. As an artist or healer, your path in one that taps into the power of all of life- the collective energy that binds us all together. When they aren’t working how we’d like, they can cause anxiety, reactivity, or stress. With love and compassion, we will work with your natural systems to identify the root of the “alarm,” gently redirect that energy, and integrate it in a way that brings you back to peace and alignment. We give permission for these feelings to exist, and let them guide us to lessons that are crucial for our work.
